Our Pumpkins

This year Grady wanted to paint his pumpkins to look like sports balls.
He painted a Basketball, Tennis ball, Soccer ball, and Baseball.
Then he and Jake cut a face out of the Basketball pumpkin.

This is Grady as The Cat in The Hat. Nolen as a Ghost.

Band-Aid

Nolen had a scratch on his forehead. Grady said, "Mom, I think Nolen needs a band-aid." I said I think he will be okay. So I went on out to the garage to put some laundry in. When I came back in Grady had put a band-aid right on his head. It was too funny not to take a picture.

Mommy Brunch

Today we had a mommy brunch for all the new mommies in our
Sunday Morning Bible class.
It was a lot of fun and all the food was delicious!
2008 was a year full of blessings!

Happy 2 Month Birthday!

Nolen is two months old today!
He is a very sweet baby!
He loves to be held and cuddled.

Pumpkin Farm

We had a great time today at the Walden Pumpkin Farm!
We went on a Hayride, fed the goats, played in corn and
walked through a corn maze!
It was a lot of fun!

6 Week Check-Up

Today Nolen went for his 6 week check up.
He weighs 11 pounds and is 21 1/2 inches long.
He is in the 50th percentile for height and weight.
His head circumference is 39 1/2 cm.
That is the 80th percentile.
Looks like he is going to have a big head and be very round!

New Friend

Today Nolen and I went to visit a new friend!

Her name is Ella Tate. She is beautiful!
Ella Tate was born on September 18, 2008.

Grady's First Dentist Visit

Grady went to the dentist today for the very first time.
I was afraid it was going to be really bad,
but to my surprise he walked right in got up in the seat and
did everything the hygienist told him too.
I was so relieved. It was a great day!
